Dear Your Excellency Frederieke Quispel,

As you conclude your distinguished tenure as Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Uganda, I wish to extend my heartfelt farewell and sincere appreciation for your dedicated service.

I commend your remarkable leadership in guiding a diplomatic transition from traditional development assistance toward stronger economic cooperation, trade, and investment. Under your stewardship, the Embassy placed significant emphasis on agricultural transformation and food security, private sector development and job creation, sexual and reproductive health, media freedom, and the promotion of the rule of law. These priorities have contributed meaningfully to strengthening the enduring partnership between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Uganda.

As you embark on your next assignment, I pray that Almighty God continues to bless you with good health, wisdom, and success in all your endeavors. May He also continue to bless the people and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
