HTP, Joseph Project Bring Aid to Needy Families in Kampala’s Katwe Ghetto.

Fifty families have benefited from today’s Feeding Program organized by Heal The Planet Global Organisation (HTP), with generous support from The Joseph Project. The initiative specifically reached vulnerable and impoverished families in Katwe Ghetto, Kampala, Uganda, bringing much-needed relief and hope to the community.

The HTP team was led by Dr. Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin, alongside Programs Director Brian Senkungu, Mrs. Edith Senkungu, Bukenya King, Canan Kyasoka, and Little Benjamin Netanyahu Kivumbi Jr., who also shared gifts with needy children.

The village chairman, Mukasa Luyalitu—who has played a key role in identifying the most vulnerable residents, particularly women with children—commended HTP and Dr. Joan Ross for their continued charitable work.
Most of the beneficiaries, including Karamojong beggars from the streets of Kampala, expressed gratitude for receiving essential items such as sugar and rice.

In her message, Dr. Ross thanked Dr. Kivumbi for the strong partnership between The Joseph Project and HTP, noting: “We are making a difference in the world through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, feeding the poor, and promoting education.” She also wished Ugandans a blessed Easter Resurrection Sunday.

Kivumbi hailed Dr. Ross for the big generous heart.
