I am happy to report that all delegates that came to Uganda for the 2nd East Africa & Anointing Pastors of Dr. Michelle Corral have arrived back home safely.

4 Americans led by Dr. Joan Ross had remained behind doing humanitarian and missionary work.
4 South Sudanese from Juba, 1 Sudanese from Sudan, 11 South Sudanese from Northern Uganda Refugee Camp, 5 from the Democratic Republic of Congo, 3 from Burundi, 3 from Rwanda, 2 from Tanzania, and 21 from Kenya.
I am grateful to Dr. Michelle Corral for funding the Mission including a medical camp and feeding program in Katwe Ghetto in Kampala.
In her message to Uganda, Dr. Michelle Corral prophesied that the world shall experience fuel scarcity but no wonder God chose Hon Ruth Nankabirwa the Minister of Minerals to represent President Museveni because God is going to use Uganda to supply the world with oil.

Dr. Michelle also taught about the Knowledge and Anointing by Prophetic experience and Holy Spirit. She taught the deeper Christian doctrines (Christology) . She prayed miraculously to the Pastors for Revival impartation and fire.
On the second day she taught the self-existence and Pre-existence of Jesus and motivated the Pastors to have the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
The conference attracted 610 delegates (Pastors) including 400 from several Uganda districts, 150 from Kampala, 50 from other East African countries, 10 Americans, 40 members of the Worship Team, 20 Heal The Planet Members and staff, 20, Volunteers, 10 Journalists, 10, Members from Security and Police, 18 members from organising committee making a total of 718 Participants.Â
We commend Uganda President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for honoring our invitation as Chief Guest and delegating Hon Ruth Nankabirwa, Minister of Energy & Mineral Development who delivered his speech. The President’s message awakened Pastors to encourage their flock to take time to work and increase household income.Â

H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni welcomed Dr. Michelle Corral, the President and Founder of Breath of the Spirit Ministries, and her delegation to Uganda.
He added “Dr. Michelle is a true friend of Africa and Uganda because she has not only preached the gospel in Africa; but, also carried out acts of charity in many parts of Africa. Her actions mirror the story of the Good Samaritan as told by our Lord Jesus Christ in St. Luke’s gospel.”
“The National Resistance Movement – NRM’s ideological orientation is similarly non-sectarian. Our agenda for spurring Uganda to modernity and prosperity is built on the foundation of Patriotism, Pan-Africanism, Socioeconomic transformation, and Democracy. Within Uganda, we promote patriotism to consolidate unity and peaceful co-existence among our people. Outside Uganda, we advocate for East African and African cooperation and integration, as a strategy for guaranteeing greater prosperity and security.Â
The President further commended religious leaders, in Uganda, for spearheading developmental and social uplift projects that are geared towards improving the believers’ well-being.
Man has both spiritual and physical needs. The Church caters for people’s spiritual needs.
There are also physical needs for food, water, shelter, medicine, hospitals, schools, clothes, transport, jobs, etc. In a modern economy, you cannot obtain the goods and services, which are necessary to sustain life without money. Moneylessness can be eliminated by undertaking a profitable enterprise in one the four sectors of: commercial agriculture, industries, services, and ICT. These are the four sectors where you can create jobs and wealth.
Therefore, a relevant Christian Ministry must encourage the believers to work towards achieving decent standards of living. In the process of working for heaven, some of the faithful become negligent about their earthly responsibilities and thereby end up perpetuating poverty in their homes. If we have spiritually seen the light, then we must do the same economically. We cannot see the spiritual light yet stay in economic darkness.
Jesus Christ should serve as an example to all the religious leaders and their followers. He earned his living by working alongside his father, Joseph as a carpenter. He worked for both the spiritual and social-economic uplift of his family and society. This is what all Christians must emulate.
Finally, I once again, thank the organisers of the 2nd East Africa Fire and Anointing Pastors Conference; and Dr. Michelle Corral, for inviting me to address this distinguished meeting of Pastors.
I thank you all.” President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
In a special way I would like also to commend The First Lady Maama Janet Kataha Museveni for her colorful speech;
“Dr. Michelle Corral, the President and Pastor of Breath of the Spirit Ministries and your team;
Mr. Kivumbi Ernest Benjamin, President of the Heal the Planet Global Organisation and Host of the East Africa Fire and Anointing Pastors Conference;
Distinguished Pastors and Delegations from outside Uganda;
Pastors and Delegations from Uganda
Ladies and Gentlemen
I greet you all in the precious Name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
I thank you for inviting me to officiate at this 2nd East Africa Fire and Anointing Pastors Conference, which has brought together Pastors and Church Leaders from 7 nations in the region.
I warmly welcome Dr. Michelle Corral back to Uganda, and I take this opportunity to sincerely thank her for her heart of compassion for the disadvantaged and vulnerable, which is evident in the tremendous charity work that she does globally through her ministry!
I am reliably informed that in addition to the teaching and training of Pastors through conferences, she has traveled to over 50 nations in the world, doing charity work that includes constructing water wells and schools, as well as the provision of health care and feeding programs, in communities that are in need.
In particular, I express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Michelle Corral and her team, for the charity work done in Uganda. I am informed that this Ministry provided support worth over USD 300,000 (three hundred thousand), to refugees in the Nakivale Refugee Settlement, which is the second largest refugee camp in Uganda. This initiative is commendable and highly appreciated by the Government of Uganda!
Furthermore, her work in Uganda has promoted health in communities through the drilling of water wells and the provision of health care in Luweero and Masaka Districts, among other places.
Through these efforts Dr. Michelle Corral has truly demonstrated God’s call on the Church, to point people to Christ by meeting the needs and development of the disadvantaged and vulnerable in their communities.
Matthew 5:14b-16 states:
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
In the same way, let your light so shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Jesus modeled a lifestyle of “letting His light shine before men,” and He does not expect us to do anything less than this.
Today, we experience so much darkness in the world around us, which we all have the opportunity as Christ’s followers to respond to, by doing deeds of kindness similar to the ones carried out by Dr. Michelle Corral and her team.
God requires us regardless of our circumstances, to be the Christians who shine our light, right into this darkness bringing: justice, righteousness, and acts of love as we meet the needs of those around us; and so to speak “be the hands and feet of Jesus.”
So I would like to take this opportunity to challenge all the Pastors and Church Leaders gathered here, to follow Dr. Michelle Corral’s example. Please put as much effort into demonstrating holistic ministry, that focuses on among other things, meeting the critical physical and social needs of the people in your communities, as you put into sharing the Gospel and carrying out evangelism.
It is through these acts of compassion that the Gospel message is demonstrated, as we follow Jesus’ model of meeting both the physical and spiritual needs, of those that the Lord placed around Him and His disciples.
With regard to this Pastors’ Conference, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Michelle Corral and Mr. Ernest Benjamin Kivumbi for investing time and resources in building the spiritual capacity of the over 1000 Pastors here, who I am made to understand are drawn from 8 nations; namely DRC, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Ethiopia, and the USA.
This is a welcome initiative since many Pastors come into ministry and establish Churches, out of the conviction of a call on their lives to shepherd God’s people.
They therefore require vigorous training on how to play their spiritual role effectively, even as they gain leadership skills to lead well.
I look forward to hearing the great outcomes of this Conference and I wish you God speed in all your future endeavors!
God bless you!”
