In her recent Trip to Uganda, American Philanthropist Dr. Michelle Corral  , President of Breath of the Spirit Ministries and Chessed International Charity visited Katwe Ghetto in Kampala. Dr. Michelle fed the people of Karamoja and conducted a medical camp.

The Karamojongs come 500 miles from the Uganda, Kenya -South Sudan border. They live an empoverished life and many of their children beg on the streets of Kampala.
