Security, Intelligence & local chiefs in Bwaise, Kawempe, Kampala say that elderly groups, widows, single mothers are deeply affected by Corona Virus Pandemic. They have also disclosed that whereas Uganda Government embarked on food distribution to such groups, there’s much more to offer including to foreign students housing in Hostels and Halls of residence in and around Makerere University. There say some of these young girls at the university are vulnerable to sexual deviation as they struggle to ensure they have food during this pandemic.
